The video coach runs on LiveKit. Default stack: your mic → Deepgram (speech-to-text) → Claude (teaching & reasoning) → ElevenLabs (voice) → an avatar worker ( Simli / HeyGen / Tavus) that publishes a lip-synced video track back. Best teaching + best voice, ~$0.20/min. This preview page is the exact UI — only the connection is stubbed. Set the provider keys and swap the scripted demo for a room connection to switch it on.
